A Warm, Play-Based Start to Spanish Immersion
At Spanish With Sarah, our early learning program introduces young learners to Spanish through play, routine, and meaningful connection. Students learn naturally with native-speaking teachers while building early literacy, numeracy, social–emotional skills, and school readiness. Our early learning programs are intentionally structured to meet children where they are developmentally while gradually building the skills, independence, and stamina needed for success in our K–5 classrooms.

Our pre-K students learn Spanish the same way young children learn their first language — through meaningful play, conversation, songs, and daily routines led by native Spanish-speaking teachers.
Children learn to:
Follow simple and multi-step directions in Spanish
Build vocabulary through interactive play
Develop early literacy and math concepts
Strengthen social skills and independence
Participate confidently in classroom routines and group activities
Pre-K enrollment is intentionally limited to ensure small group sizes and developmentally appropriate pacing.
All Pre-K students must be potty-trained prior to enrollment. (We understand and expect that accidents can still happen.)

Our Pre-K classrooms are intentionally limited to just 16 students, with two full-time teachers in the classroom. This provides a student–teacher ratio of 8:1 at full enrollment.
Our small classes give teachers more opportunities to connect with each child, support individual learning needs, and build strong relationships—all within our nurturing Spanish immersion environment.

Our Pre-K program is designed to grow with your child and your family’s needs. Families may choose from part-day or full-day options, with schedules ranging from 2 to 5 days per week, based on availability and developmental readiness.
Ages: 4–5
3-Day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
2-Day (Tuesday & Thursday)
5-Day (Monday–Friday, limited availability based on readiness and space)
Time Options:
AM: 8:45-11:30
PM: 12:30-3:15
Full Day: 8:45–3:15 (The full-day option provides additional readiness practice, extended projects, and routines that closely mirror our K–5 program, supporting a smooth transition to Kindergarten.)

Early literacy foundations (Estrellita syllables & letter study)
Numeracy, patterns, early problem solving
Storytelling, vocabulary, dramatic play
Pre-writing skills and fine-motor readiness
Social–emotional development and leadership roles
Hands-on projects & science investigations
Early Spanish exposure
Play-based literacy & numeracy
Social development & routine-building
Fine motor activities
Story time, music, and theme-based learning
Outdoor play and hands-on centers
Sensory exploration and discovery play
Vocabulary-building through songs and movement
Early problem-solving through puzzles, blocks, and guided play
Cooperative play skills such as sharing, turn-taking, and group participation.
