Current SWS families re-register through a personalized link emailed directly to them. This link is unique to the family and should not be shared.

Use Your Emailed Family Link

Your personalized form is prefilled with the information SWS currently has on file so you can review it, make any needed corrections, and re-register all currently enrolled children in one form.

Current families should not use the New Student Application. If you cannot locate your personalized link or need a replacement, please email SWS to request a new family link.

Who should use the emailed family link?

• Families with one or more students currently enrolled at SWS

• Current preschool and Pre-K families selecting 2027–2028 placement options

• Current families adding a new sibling for 2027–2028

What you will review and complete:

• Family and guardian contact information

• Emergency contacts and authorized pickup information

• Information specific to each child, including allergies

• 2027–2028 placement choices

• Photo and class directory permissions

• Tuition and registration-fee acknowledgments

• Handbook and enrollment agreements

• Final parent/guardian signature

Tuition & Registration Information

Tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments, August 2027 through May 2028.

For currently enrolled students, $100 per student will be withdrawn on March 5, 2027. The remaining family registration-fee balance will be withdrawn on June 5, 2027.
