Completing this form secures priority placement for the upcoming school year and allows us to prepare staffing, classrooms, and materials accordingly.

Monthly tuition is automatically debited on the 4th or 5th of each month, August through May.
For currently enrolled families, the annual registration and supply fee is split:
$100 collected at the time of registration
Remaining balance processed in June
