We are so excited to meet our new families and to see our returning families at our Back to School Open House on Tuesday, August 30th from 5:30-7:00. Please drop in to meet your teachers, check out your new classroom, drop off immunization and ACH forms, purchase or order t-shirts and sweatshirts, put your handprint on our tree (new students), and pick up a yearbook form.

Please plan to turn updated immunization forms and ACH forms into the school office on this day or during the first week of school. These forms are attached to this email.
(If you are a returning student and your ACH information has not changed, you do not need to fill out a new form.)
I have had a few questions about school supplies. Your registration fee also acts as your supply fee so there is no supply list for any class at SWS. However, all returning K-4 students will be asked to re-use their reading binders. (Those will only be supplied to new students. If your child has misplaced their binder the best place to purchase one is Staples.)
For our K-4 students: Please remember every Wednesday is early release, with school ending at 1:30. September 7th will be our first early release Wednesday where the students will meet their specialist teachers. Students will have PE on this day and should wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
Lunches: Please remember we have a school policy of water only. Please do not send juice or milk with your child.
